Allysa assists businesses and private clients with transactional and litigation matters.  She has experience drafting contracts, commercial leases agreements, purchase and sale agreements, promissory notes, deeds and deeds of trust.   In addition, she works as an instrumental member of the CJMA litigation team where she assists with legal research, written discovery, pleadings, motions, and other legal briefs.  

Allysa graduated from the University of Texas in Austin in 2019 and St. Mary’s School of Law in 2023.   She clerked at Goldman & Peterson, PLLC before joining the firm.
