Frank serves as the firm’s consulting expert for construction defect and development matters. With over 20 years of development and project management experience in South and Central Texas, he has gained extensive knowledge of construction, construction management, and the remediation of construction defects. Frank served as the project manager on two of San Antonio’s pioneering projects: Andalusia Condominiums and Quarry Village. Since 2011, he has worked with others to develop over 90 units located throughout Texas. Frank’s unique history with entitlement and construction matters has given him valuable insight and resulted in relationships with various agencies, clients, designers, and contractors. Frank worked for the Lifshutz Companies, KB Home, and Embrey Partners. He previously spent time consulting on multiple town-planning efforts for the City of San Antonio, the San Antonio River Authority, the City of South Padre Island, and the City of Schertz. He has also overseen the construction finish out of restaurants at the Pearl – NAO and Botika, and redevelopment of the Blue Star Arts Complex and St. Paul Square. Frank also served as a residential market analyst in Austin and a development associate on the commercial and multi-family components of Second Street in Austin’s CBD.
In 2012, Frank was name to the San Antonio Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” list, and has served on the Management Committee for the Urban Land Institute and as a board member for SAGE and Centro Alliance for over a decade. Frank also currently serves as Chair of FPC Charities.
