He has tried and won numerous cases in both federal and state courts and resolved matters involving contract disputes, partnership disputes, business torts, fiduciary claims, fraud, fraudulent transfers, theft, receiverships, constructive trusts, administrative claims, and both federal and state tax controversies.
Bryan represents buyers, sellers, banks, landlords, tenants, and developers in real estate matters. He has successfully assisted with transactions involving real estate development and finance, major portfolio sales, title disputes, and land planning and development. Prior to joining the firm, Bryan led the commercial division of a regional title company and acquired extensive knowledge of TDI rules, regulations, and processes.
